TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Eden Coworking. By booking a pass or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
   - A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
   - Passes are valid only for the date, time, and duration specified at checkin and checkout.
   - Each pass grants access to the workspace and amenities as described at the time of booking.

2. USE OF THE SPACE
   - You agree to use the workspace respectfully and not to disturb other members by keeping a low tone of voice always.
   - Eden Coworking reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive or in violation of these terms.
   - You are responsible for your personal belongings; Eden Coworking is not liable for any loss or damage.

3. PAYMENT
   - All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (PayMongo).
   - Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
   - You authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

4. ACCESS CREDENTIALS
   - WiFi access codes, where provided, are for your personal use only and may not be shared.
   - Misuse of access credentials may result in termination of services without refund.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE
   - You agree not to use the space for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
   - Commercial solicitation of other members without prior approval is prohibited.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS
   - We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy outlines the conditions under which Eden Coworking issues refunds for coworking pass bookings.

1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY
   - Passes may be cancelled for a full refund up to the number of days specified in the cancellation policy shown at checkout, before the pass start time.
   - Cancellation requests made after the refund window has passed are not eligible for a refund.

2. HOW TO CANCEL
   - To request a cancellation, log in to your customer profile, select the pass, and submit a cancellation request, or contact our customer service.
   - Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

3. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
   - Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. NO-SHOW POLICY
   - If you do not arrive for your booked pass and have not cancelled within the refund window, no refund will be issued.

5. SERVICE DISRUPTIONS
   - If Eden Coworking must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, facility issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
   - Complimentary passes, promotional bookings, and any pass already used (checked in) are non-refundable.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY

Eden Coworking is committed to resolving any concerns or disputes fairly and promptly.

1. CONTACT US FIRST
   - If you have a concern regarding a booking, payment, or service, please contact our customer service team using the contact information provided during booking.
   - We will acknowledge your concern within 2 business days and work toward a resolution.

2. GOOD-FAITH RESOLUTION
   - Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith before pursuing further action.

3. CHARGEBACKS
   - Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address the issue. Many disputes can be resolved quickly without a chargeback.

4. GOVERNING LAW
   - These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
   - Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction where Eden Coworking is registered.

5. CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS
   - Even during a dispute, both parties remain bound by the obligations under these policies until the matter is resolved.​​
